That means we have access to an in-house team of highly skilled engineers who can cover most trades. This allows us to offer reduced rate call out charges of £60+VAT this will save on average 20% on every maintenance visit. Having the maintenance department in house also means we can offer the most efficient service in terms of speed of quotations and communications. We are a small tight knit team with years of experience, our mission statement of going above and beyond is perhaps most evident in our property management department.
